When you do an overhaul the most important thing is balancing. This made it so that the units are even more of a mess than they were in vanilla because he added and replace without knowing what to add and replace. While certain changes are fine (as the morale, fatigue, battle cohesion ones for example) he started adding a lot of unit packs without caring absolutely anything about balancing units in the game.
